Chicken Cordon Bleu

Take large chicken breast and butterfly-(if unsure how to do this you could ask any meat market such as Meats by John and Wayne to do it for you, and while you are there you can pick up some more CJ’s) layer inside with 2 slices swiss cheese and 2 slices deli ham, season outside with CJ’s ALL Terrain, lightly rub with Mayonnaise after seasoning. Smoke at 325 until the temp of chicken reaches 165 degrees!
